“The Corporate Support Services Office at the Federal Reserve Bank has an immediate opening in the Art Program function for a student intern working up to 16 hours per week during the 2012 spring semester. The intern will work closely with the Art Program Administrator and will report to the Program Director. In this role, the intern will gain exposure to general art collection duties including art rotation, art placement, maintaining artist files, curatorial maintenance, art label placement and critical support functions as assigned.”

This is a fantastic opportunity to get some hands-on experience in a professional setting. The deadline for applications for this internship is Friday November 11th at 5PM. Students who apply must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.  A link to the application and more details about requirements, expectations, and compensation can by found by searching for “art” at http://www.richmondfed.org/about_us/careers/job_openings/index.cfm. The application can be completed and submitted online.
